Pink Floyd's keyboardist and occasional singer and songwriter Rick Wright has died aged 65.

The musician, who formed the influential band with Nick Mason, Roger Waters and Syd Barrett in 1965, passed away today (September 15) after battling with cancer.<<

I sure wish Waters and Gilmore could have put their differences aside for one more run on the road --

I'm a huge PF fan. This is indeed very sad news. Rest in Peace, Rick.
Of interest to PF fans, this monday night David Gilmour is releasing "Live in Gdansk". It is a new live DVD/CD from his most recent tour. Rick was a special guest. But the most interesting thing is they will be playing the DVD at digital theaters across the country. I think the Dolby Digital/THX audio will be cool. Here, it is 7:00pm Monday the 22nd.

Since its playing here in Backwoods, WV I'm sure it will be playing near you guys in "the big city".
