Topic: Mater's trip to DL part 3

1	mater4 Wed 9/24/2008 9:59a	September 15, 2008 Today we slept in a bit. I went to text Villains at the hotel but my fingers seemed to not work properly (I accidentally pushed send and the message was not complete). So I call and leave a message instead. I did tell her we would be at DCA but once we were at the gates DH changes his mind (as usual). Since I did not hear from her I go with the new plan. We ride Pirates,buzz,space and then go to the Tiki room. Of course I had a Dole whip float that I share with Robby. After we exit I check my phone to see that Villains has called. My phone keeps shuting off because I forgot to charge it and have one bar. So as we are getting on the trolley pulled by a horse I call Villains back. She has left DCA and is leaving the parking garage. I was so sad I missed her. So we go over to DCA and ride soarin. Then cool off on Grizzly. We shared a boat with some nice Aussies that made me think of TravellerandQuilter. We then went to Pizza Omm Mow for some chicken fussili in honor of Tinkerbell819. This is her favorite dish at DL and I thought I should share a plate with DH. It was yummy. We promised the kids we would go to TSM after lunch so we did. We all loved the ride and DH scored much higher than I. After TSM we played a couple of the midway games and walked towards Mulholland Madness. Robby did not want to ride MM and has always thought it to be scary. Being 5 now I talked him into trying it. We get off and all we hear is Robby saying again, again! So we go and ride again. It was time for a Rita. So I go and get the grand Rita for Mollysmom. I have a picture of it for her to look at until her next trip. ;P We spend the rest of the day at DCA. Before heading back to our room we go to DTD so I can get a new hairbrush at Sephora (my cheap brush broke). DH does not go into those stores so he went to Marcelines with the kids. At least he walked out of the store with chocolate covered strawberries and the tigger tails that are just caramel and chocolate. I forgave him for not walking back to DL to get the orange ones. ;) The kids played at Pirate's Cove for the rest of the evening.

9	Tinkerbell819 Fri 9/26/2008 7:53p	I didn't know Pizza Oom mow mow served chicken fusilli! I hope it was as good as it is at Redd Rocketts. (I made it for dinner that week, too, it wasn't nearly as good as it is in DL.)
