I completely agree with this. My point is that, with Disney theming, this area would NOT have looked like the average strip mall or interstate hotel grouping. For a great example, just look at picture of Harbour Blvd. before the DCA renovation and after. Harbour is MUCH nicer now, and all they did is change up hotel fronts and signs. If Disney had done this new area in WDW right, it wouldn't have been as if we were leaving the property and schlepping down to I-Drive or Kissimmee - it would still feel like you're staying with Disney, even with Super 8 on the sign.

For all of you that have either lost or ever dreamend of a local Waffle House please feel free to visit me at anytime here in Avondale Estates, Georgia, the home of the original Waffle House...Your visit will include our very own Waffle House that plays tribute to the original one built here in Avondale Estates, however many years ago...But your visit doesn't stop there...Your visit will also include a tour of the Waffle House museum that recently opened...Please make advance plans considering that the museum is only open one day a month...
And if you think that I am kidding about any of that I am not...It is true, I live in the town that had the original Waffle House...Pretty scary don't you think?
