| oc_dean Sun 11/30/2008 10:12p | I can think of a perfect venue for it:
The Fantasyland Theatre
Just how long did they intend of leaving it in the current guise as a place decorating little girls faces with Princess make-up and so-forth?
Over in DCA .... they can retire the 19 year old show "Muppet Vision" for this for a couple years .. then do something different for the long term future. |

Currently .. there's that auditorium show to the immediate left when you enter the lobby.
I don't know.
But since the show is going ... and like Carousel of Progress .....
if it was easy enough to transfer that show from DL to WDW .... and Mickey Mouse Revue from WDW to TDL... then the transfer from TDL to DL or DCA for Mickey Mouse Revue is doable. |

Mr. X? MagicalNezumi? Any of you living in Japan who visit TDL often???***
What lines?

However the Figures from the Mickey Mouse Review are so cool! I really dont think they have the room for an auditorium show. They would recycle the figures and make a new Dark ride.. |

Here's the excerpt in question: >>The Disneyland verison of the ride will possibly close in June 2009, to make room for the Mickey Mouse Revue which should opened in 2011 or 2012.<< http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/P..._Journey
As is typical of Wiki entire about Disney, all bets are off that anything can be verified. On the basis of spelling, grammar and syntax, I know where my money would be.
Aside from anything else, there isn't a big enough footprint for the Mickey Mouse Review to fit into the Pinocchio show building. Unless the stage show were somewhat truncated, I can't imagine how it would be wedged into the space.
As others have pointed out, the Mickey Mouse Review is an old style AA stage show. I do wish I had been able to see it. I enjoy the overture, available on the vinyl record set The Magical Music of Disney. Other than that, it's YouTube. |

| jmuboy Tue 12/2/2008 7:36a | Hmmmmm, Mickey Mouse review figures in a new dark ride. Now that is a good idea. "Great Animated Movie Ride"....in the DCA Millionaire building?
Random idea, but it could work.
