Can anyone confirm this or does anyone have any more information about the situation?
(Link to the information that I found: http://www.momlogic.com/2008/1...cari.php )
If this turns out to be true, I have to say I am highly disappointed and a little bit enraged. It's sad that those who can't keep their ahem ..."treasure chests"... buried have completely ruined a fun experience for the other park goers who CAN behave themselves. Such a shame, as seeing Jack has become a park visiting ritual for me and others that I know =/
Dear Jack will be missed.

But let's not give them anymore ideas ;)

I mean Disney came UP with Jack Sparrow and they made him a lady magnet. HELLO! I mean female guests should show a little more self respect and the men playing the character shouldn't encourage that type of behavior. I agree with that. But getting reid of him completely is lame. Theme a whole island after him and then he never shows up? Nice. |

I think in both cases this is crazy! These characters were brought in to entertain the guests. If some guests behave badly - then remove the guests not the characters! |

THIS would be a very LOGICAL explanation. I hope that this is the reason they pulled the characters and not because some hooligans couldn't contain themselves, ruining it for everyone else in the process. |

Last night, Tinkerbelle and Iridessa were both wearing costume-appropriate coats. They still looked like fairies, but left less interest for the guys out there. Rosetta, on the other hand, went with the full fairy look, and was running in place between groups to stay warm. : ) |

What part of the parade has Jack? lol
Another reason why that show is ridiculous... |
