Although you can play WDW Magical Racing on the PS2. Like me. :)

I watched those videos of Adventures in the MK...funny how he beat the game in a little more than 20 minutes. I enjoyed that game, although I was never able to defeat the Master Spectre...then we had to return the game to Blockbuster. :)

And for those who are curious about the game, Goofy accidentally loses the 6 Silver Keys needed for the parade, and it's up to you to find them all.

The levels include:
-POTC: Save the captured maidens and light a rescue flare.
-Autopia: Pete has the key and will only give it up if you defeat him in a race.
-Space Mountain: Steer your rocket and avoid meteors and enemy ships.
-Big Thunder: Avoid boulders and broken tracks as you drive your train to the correct station.
-Haunted Mansion: Use candles to defend yourself against the 999 Happy Haunts and defeat the Master Spectre.
-Trivia: Walk around the park and correctly answer the trivia questions to retrieve the key.

NES had Darkwing Duck and Ducktales that were very good games.

N64's Mickey Speedway is very much a Mario Kart with Disney characters. I love using the Fab 5 in this, especially listening to their comments to each other:

If Donald passes Huey, you hear, "You're not the boss of me!"

But if Huey passes Donald, you get, "Watch your temper, Unca Donald."

Unfortuneately, the tracks are so far inferior to Mario Kart that the game just can't compete, IMHO.

^^^^I remember Ducktales and Darkwing Duck!

I remember DT being a really popular game...and there were different levels that you could go to at anytime, albeit in one level, you needed a key from level B so you could finish level A.

If I remember, there was a Transylvania level, an Aztec jungle levi, The Himalayas, Outer Space and one more. I also recall Magica De Spell being one of the bosses.

I rented DW a long time ago. It took me FOREVER to beat...who was the first boss...I think it took me forever to beat Quackerjack or Megavolt. Unfortunately, the last day we had it was the day I made it to Steelbeak's lair...and I died before I got there, lol.

In DW, you merely went to various places in St. Canard and defeat the Villain who was causing havoc. Steelbeak was the final boss. Each level had 3 locations that you could go to. I don't remember the exact level the Villains were in, but it was something like this:

LEVEL 1
-Quackerjack
-Wolfduck (created specifically for the game)
-Megavolt

LEVEL 2
-Liquidator
-Bushroot
-Moliarty

FINAL LEVEL
-Steelbeak

Glad to see the other games that people enjoy. Will give me some ideas of what game to buy next. :)

I finished both the Ducktales and Darkwing games (boy was Moliarty ever tough to beat!) but never got very far in DT 2.

Desperately wish KH existed for PC.

You know basil, I remember QuackerJack being extremely hard...then it seemed like all of the other bosses were a breeze.

I remember when fighting Moliarty you had to shut down his machines or something and he would come back and repair them.

Yeah, but I had the toughest time evading the things he threw at you.

I thought the wolfduck was the easiest. once I learned his pattern.

Oh, man, so many! I am an avid gamer and have been since basically late Atari, early NES days. So, some of my favorite Disney games for various systems are:

NES:
Ducktales. It's a classic, Capcom had a huge winning streak with Disney games. Really, any of the Capcom Disney games will be a lot of fun, and top quality. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...ZUVjjqJY

Gameboy:
Ducktales. Again, it's a classic. It's nearly identical to the NES version, but black & white and some areas altered for the smaller screen. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...YFoYNr68

Ducktales 2. Same kind of gameplay as the first one, but new areas to explore. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...a-Gzizyc

Mickey's Dangerous Chase. This one was frustrating as a kid, but I've played it again recently and it's easy for me now. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...qEkRM63c

Mickey's Cinderella Castle Mystery Tour. Ok, this one wasn't available in the states, but it's still fun. You play as Mickey, and you go through the castle and defeat the villains who have taken over. It's a pared down version of an SNES game focused on Tokyo Disneyland, which I'll get to later...

Sega Game Gear:

The Lucky Dime Caper Starring Donald Duck. I loved this game! It was one of my first Game Gear games, and I played the heck out of it. The graphics are great for a little 8 bit system, and they managed to get Donald's personality in a tiny sprite. He would throw a tantrum if you let him stand around too long. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...WjiJvUPY

Castle of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse. This was a port of the Genesis version, but every bit as fun. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...index=55

Legend of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse. This was a sequel to the first game, and have a more medieval setting.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...D5OXE0Tw

Deep Duck Trouble Starring Donald Duck. This was a sequel to the Lucky Dime Caper, and had better graphics.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...BkITOx3w

Sega Genesis:

Castle of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse. A true Genesis classic, and was pretty big before Sonic showed up. The villain in this is the wicked queen from Snow White, only named Mizrabel instead.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...&index=2

Quackshot Starring Donald Duck. Basically take Indiana Jones and switch him for Donald and you have this game. Graphics were great, and so was gameplay.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...kwkGKi9k

World of Illusion Starring Mickey and Donald. This was a sequel to Castle of Illusion, but improved on everything; graphics, gameplay, and music. You could play as either character, or both. This also had some voicework, which was rare in early Genesis games.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...RkFuLVJA

Mickey Mania, the Timeless Adventures of Mickey Mouse. This is a real classic! The Genesis version is considered the better of the versions, and it's got such quality, it's amazing for it's time. The animation is brilliant, and the fact you get to wander through Mickey's cartoon career is wonderful.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...25tSMQB0

Aladdin. This was so amazing when it came out because Disney actually animated the sprites, so it really looked like you were playing the movie.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...G3ttS9Cc

Super Nintendo:

Aladdin. I liked this Capcom version just as much as the better Genesis version. It had it's own charm.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...ZS_7DPys

Magical Quest Starring Mickey Mouse. Again, Capcom makes GREAT Disney games! This was what Castle of Illusion was to the Genesis. There were a couple sequels to this game too, and it was re-released for the Gameboy Advance.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...RHxo-o8o

The Lion King. This was when Capcom no longer had the exlusive license for Disney games, so The Genesis and SNES versions of games started to be basically the same. At this point, I would say that the SNES versions became the superior ones.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...rTYyEVUU

Mickey's Tokyo Disneyland Adventure. This was a Japanese exclusive, but it was really fun. You play as Mickey and work your way through the park's attractions. like Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion, Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, and the final area is Cinderella Castle Mystery Tour. I also LOVE the ending to this game!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...OZHMPfI0

Ok, there are many more for later systems but I'll post that info later.
