| lstn1drlnd Mon 12/22/2008 7:09p | Does anyone know if CM comp passes should have been received already? I got my 09 blue pass in the mail today even though I quit last week (moving out of state) and would be totally stoked if the comp passes still turned up. |

They might arrive, or if they knew of your termination in advance of the mailing they would have removed you from the list. (They're separate mailing lists) You do know that your 2009 Main Entrance Pass will be blocked out, right? It's cool to have as a souvenir but it won't actually work at the gate. |

| WorldofDisney Wed 12/24/2008 10:08p | I work at the studio and we were informed our comp passes for 2009 will be available on the Hub. So, they won't be mailing them to us but will be available electronically January 9, 2009. It's actually a good system as studio employees won't have to worry about them being lost and are always available at our fingertips.
I'm not sure if the same is true for resort cast members but I'm sure someone in HR at the resort has more information. |

We here at the World were told the same thing- only I think our date was a week or so later (somehow I have the 15th stuck in my head..) I'm mixed emotion about the switch but prob will LOVE the idea after I use it once... |

| WorldofDisney Thu 12/25/2008 10:51a | I had mixed emotions too, but when I read the email about how it was going to work I changed my mind and now I really like it.
I misplaced a pass two years ago and just found it recently. With the new system I won't lose the pass since it'll be at the Hub. |

Since the passes will no longer be considered collectables, people won't be framing them and not using them (thereby saving the company money). Then again, as there won't be any lost passes and they will be easier to pass on, passes will more likely be used than in the past (thereby costing the company money). |
