3	gottaluvdavillains Tue 12/23/2008 4:44p	Yes they do a countdown - The have stuff going on (or they did last time I was there) in both in front of the castle and back by small world... Not sure if there was stuff around the River... It will be packed - best to get in early and stay -

7	Ursula Wed 12/24/2008 10:21a	They do have a countdown and did a little bit of American "light things on fire" at the pond in previous years. Last year they closed at Midnight, so we watched the fireworks at the Esplanade. I have no idea what they are doing this year.
8	gadzuux Wed 12/24/2008 10:24a	Really! What kind of NYE party ends at midnight?! They could at least give you one more hour so everybody's "in place" at the appointed moment. The reason I asked is that I had a hunch that DCA would mess it up somehow.

10	deitrichp Tue 12/30/2008 1:05p	Out of 8 responses the only fact learned is that DCA closes at 1AM -- about the only fact I the official website gives. Doesn't anyone know what (if anything special) is going on at Disneyland and DCA tomorrow?
