| pitapan16 Sun 1/4/2009 5:53p | This is the first time I've noticed a floating ghostly "light" floating around the very top turret on the top of the Huanted Mansion. I asked several cast members if they knew what it was and they said they had'nt even noticed it before I pointed it out. Does anyone know what that might be and If it is for the "holiday" version only? VERY cool extra detail! Cast member thought it is meant to be either zero or the bride, "what's her name?" |

I had heard about it before, but I had always forgotten to look for it. When I saw it, I immediately remembered having read about it. Since the light is orange and floats, I would definately have to agree that it's supposed to be Zero's nose as he floats around in the attic. Definately a really cool little detail. |

The light was there the day the Mansion opened in 1969. Then it did not work for years. When they first decorated the Mansion for NBC in 2001, they fixed it. It now runs all year - it is not an NBC decoration, so no, it is not Zero. I have seen it run all year. |

I wonder what made them even check to see if there was anything up there when they were doing the overlay. It doesn't seem like a place that would be easy to get to, and how anybody knew it was up there, if it had been forgotten about for so long... |

Does anyone remember how bad the scrims in the graveyard were before they changed them in 2001?
The light stays orange all year, and yes, it kind of resembles Zero's nose. But I have known about this light since the 80's, long before Tim Burton created Zero. |

| lesmisfan Mon 1/5/2009 4:50p | i know what your talking about. I used to see it all the time years back when i was a kid. its supposed to be the bride walking back and forth with her candle but thats kinda changed since she know longer as the candle but the axe so it might just be zero for hmh |

-Interesting, thanks for the info about that. I had'nt noticed it since HMH came around. Must be because during the regular HM, I had'nt viewed the Mansion as detailed as I do with the holiday version. I'll look for it when the Mansion comes back next month. |
