What has the wait been like recently for the castle walk-through now that the newness has worn off?

I was there over CP weekend and I didn't wait at all -

Without a CM controlling the line there can be big problems.

We were there in December and from the outside it did not look like a line at all. But, in the middle everyone was crammed in together. A man had a panic attack and literally was pushing his way through to get out in a hurry.

When we were there on the 9th, we just walked in. There was hardly anyone in there at all.

I had that problem on my one time. It wasn't really shoulder to shoulder inside the attraction, but it was much more crowded than I would have liked. I went later in the day, and there was no line outside and no CM governing the queue.

The lines have been almost nonexistant. I went into the park New Years Eve in the early afternoon and there was no wait at all which really surprised me. This was the first time I walked through the new attraction and I thought it was great.

Yes, it seems the lines have gone down, as most AP holders have been through the attraction once, which for most people is enough.

No line yesterday around 5 PM.

I went through twice on my recent trip, and I imagine I'll go through it on any subsequent trip, since they're not frequent.

It was (and now is again) one of DL's charming little attractions that rounds out your day, and very well done as such.

Huh? Are you serious? Do you really think most AP holders only want to see this display ONCE? Sure, the demand has gone down, just like it does with any other new thing to come to the Land. But your point seemed to say that you didn't like it, that you thought it was a waste. Is that true? I really enjoyed my first and so far only time walking through the attraction. I'll be hitting it at least once every time I visit from now on. Truly a great add to the original magic kingdom!

Yes, as with other film based attractions, such as HISTA and MuppetVision.

Once is enough for most "non" Disney geeks, and the vast majority of Disney AP holders are not "geeks", but just looking for a fun day every month or so.

They want rides, and looking at the Wait Boards, it is pretty clear what many folks like.
