An Orlando woman is suing Disney claiming she was unfairly banned from their theme parks.

I read this story and it doesn't make sense. The reason they would ban this woman from all Disney Parks is not clear.

Does anyone have further info on this?

From the story, it appears she got angry that her guest assistance pass was revoked. It was her anger (possibly she made some threats, or at least caused a disturbance in front of other guests) that got her banned.

There's another thread about it somewhere. Someone claiming to be her tries to explain their side of the story.

<<According to Mooty's doctor, the force of the ride's drop actually helps break up scar tissue, allowing her to move around more freely.>>

Right. A second or two of weightlessness is going to break up scar tissue. Her doctor must be Dr. Quack.

Her doctor is Donald Duck?

Since when are the heart and hand in the abdomen? And what is her hand adhered to? I wonder what her medical problem is that she has to have constant surgeries.

If you cause a disturbance and swear at people in the park, then, nope, sorry, but you don't get to sue the park for kicking you out.

I sincerely believe that ToT prevents ED. Do you think Disney would give me a Guest Assistance pass?
