| disneywatcher Thu 8/16/2001 11:53a | Oh, shoot. I was hoping Marc's photos of DisneySea would be in a daily format here at LP.com, similar to the pattern being followed by another Disney Internet site. But I know Doobie has to profile the entire universe of the DisCo., so I understand alternating features and material. But I would rather read and hear more about DisneySea than, for example, the new park going up in Paris. I envy what the people in Tokyo are getting, I don't think I can say the same thing about what the folks in Paris appear to be getting. |

Now..this here is some constructive critism...
Ok, on your site, i recently checked it out again and let me say, you have more excellent pics there. But, here is my question, Why did the Mermaid Lagoon "Under The Sea" photos trun out all dark? What kind of camera do you use? I use a Nikon FM 10 and I think you should use maybe a bigger shutter like F 2 or even F 1.8. Maybe you should try using your flash thing, I haven't quite figured them out myself. Oh and another note, your DisneySea Electric Railway photos do not work. Just an FYI. Great Photos. The WeirdOne :) |

| disneywatcher Fri 8/17/2001 12:53a | Glad to hear that, Doobie. Actually I'm a little too much in a Disney-theme-parks, DisneySea frame of mind as it already is. I guess various factors spanning everything from questions about the DisCo., the parks in Anaheim, the yea or nah debates regarding all of this, etc., are playing out like chapters in a book. I'm ready and waiting for the epilogue, which is what DisneySea will be like and how it and other new Disney parks will affect DisCo. executives, employees and their decisionmaking over the next several years. |

| Fathom7 Fri 8/17/2001 10:03p | Doobie, How about this? Could we get a start to finish on the attractions including pictures? I'm still trying to figure out what Journey to the Center consist of. It seems like a cross between RocketRods & Splash Mtn. Where we see the vehicle going out the volcano is that a splash of water hitting the people? What about the animatronics in this attraction? I can't figure out 20,000 Leagues either. Does Sinbad have any little hills in the ride like Pirates has that one? OK I'm full of questions. Doobie or your connections, someone explain these awesome attractions! Thanks - Fathom7 |

| Britain Fri 8/17/2001 10:26p | I'll second that, Fathom7. Does anyone know whether or not the boats in Sinbad go over any Pirate-like waterfalls, or is it all level like Small World and El Rio de Tempo? |

| Marc -DL Traveler Sat 8/18/2001 9:09a | I'm using a Mavica FD95, courtesy of Doobie.
I'm working on improving my low light pictures, but there's really only so much I can do. Mermaid Lagoon and nearly all attraction interiors (where I will not use a flash) are just plain dark. I'm trying longer exposures, but movement very often interferes.
I'm open to suggestions.
Finally got a chance to fix those DEL pictures.
