A very nice tribute to the Studios. I'm really looking forward to my trip to WDW in a couple weeks, mostly because I have become so familiar with Disneyland and the Hollywood area in the time since my last visit. I'm thinking that there will be a lot of little details in the park that I never really understood before. It might not be the biggest park ever, but there's always been something about "the Hollywood that never was but always will be" that's just really interested me, and the park certainly lives up to that.

Hooray for Hollywood! I have never been to the real Hollywood so HS is it for me. Disney is great at making things better than they really are. It was a pleasure to read your post and interesting to view the park through a Hollywood local's eyes!

Being in the real Hollywood often, I enjoyed your take on Disney's version.

When I first visited Orlando almost 5 years ago, I too found this version refreshing....a much cleaner, less crowded alternative.

Our visits to Orlando are not complete until we've walked the Osbourne Lights area. That is my favorite.

Thanks for the blog, I really enjoyed it!
