It could be done in a way that would work, but what I've seen so far is going in the wrong direction. So far, Digicomics amounts to you being able to download printed comics like you would get in a book or newspaper and read them on your mobile device. The problem is that the content has to match the medium, so just moving something that works on the printed page to a mobile device is probably not going to cut it. If the comics featured flash animation or had recorded voices and sound effects that you could play, then the content would be better matched to the mobile medium and I believe it would be successful. Match the content to the medium. There's a freebie for any DigiComics folks reading this. If Digicomics are more than I've made them out to be, well -- it's only because there's hardly any info out about them anywhere, and I had to go with what I could find. >>>I hope the American League hits a Grand Slam during the All-Star Game so I can see the movie for free.<<< Me too...because that's the ONLY reason I would go to a theater for this movie.
