We've taken sandwiches, fruit, trail mix, water bottles, etc. However, we stopped carrying water bottles because they are so heavy, and you can get free ice water from any counter service restaurant. |

My daughter did get turned away with a loaf of bread and jar of peanut butter. (I TOLD her the sandwiches had to be premade.) So I always make ours first. I often carry in an empty water bottle so I can fill it in the park and always have it available. AND: If you or someone in your party has special dietary needs; they have to let you bring in your food. It is the law. |
