Officially picnics are not allow within the parks. Unofficial, if you are inconspicuous, you can get away with it (but don't get annoyed if you are told off).

| davewasbaloo Tue 6/9/2009 12:40a | As for the Freakin' Spirit Post, it is like 101 Dalmatians on the boards. It is a way to show support to our pal Spirit and Roadtrip came up with 17 being the place. I thought I would join in to cheer him up! |

| Mickeymouseclub Tue 6/9/2009 4:20a | SO in post 26 the inconspicuous can do what ever they want? I guess that is part of the problem and it is a bigger problem at DL because of the local base. If I would be entering DL with a discounted ticket that averages out to almost free over a year and then bring my own food and drinks in. How does Disneycover the maintenance/Fun costs I create? Do the WorldWide Resorts have to struggle with this also or is this just a "Local" problem. What is fair for all in the long run. I realize this has been discussed before and causes many opinions. And I am NOT talking about families with small children or people with special dietary needs. ANd there is a small voice inside me that says But the food at the resorts can get to be disgusting(oversalted and overprocessed) so I would probably bring in food also if I was a local...But How does DIsney continue to Build Bigger and Better in a world that people want discounted. |
