You won't be allowed to take the stroller to the hotel and bring it back. They will make you leave it at the security exit.

Would your family with the larger vehicle maybe be able to borrow a stroller from a friend for you. Or you could have them check a second hand store.

You know the cost to rent a stroller is $12 a day. If you are going to be there 3 or more days, I would just stop at walmart on the way there and buy one. You can always donate it or give it away. Walmart has an evenflo listed on line for $37

I have a Disney Visa, so the cost to rent the stroller for us would be zero.

I did just read an old post on another message board that you can "prepay" for stroller rentals if you are going to be in Disneyland for multiple days to avoid waiting in the stroller rental line each day. Does anyone know if this is true? If so, how does it work?

Another question about not being able to take the stroller back to the hotel. What do you people do with the rented strollers when they want to go back to the hotel during the afternoon for a couple hours? Do you have to turn the stroller back in, then re-rent it when you come back (if they still have any)?

Do know that on busy days CMs scout for strollers that are just left for long periods of time and they re-rent them.

There have been those times that they are out of strollers and you would have to wait until one is brought back before you can get a replacement if yours is taken.

If you have paid for the day, you do not have to pay again but once you leave it, on a busy day-don't count on it being there when you return.

What we did was shoot on over to Target - buy a cheap umbrella stroller - use it for the weekend and then leave it behind. Our hope was that someone else would find a use for it. This was a few years ago,so I guess research to see what Target carries would be necessary.

^^This is what my sister did when we wnet on friday for the six year old. She bought a 15 dollar umbrella stroller (3 dollars more then one day rental) and now has it for other uses. It is better to be able to take a tired child out of the park in it! Escpecially when you are tired at the end of the day~

There is a wllmart not too far from the resort in Anaheim (that is where my sister bought her stroller). You could then find a family at the parks to offer it to, or perhaps call a local shelter and donate to them. In the long run you will save money if you are there multiple days. ($12 a day starts adding up)
