| oredisneyfan Sun 6/7/2009 8:34p | I am trying to find an inexpensive but safe hotel close to disneyland. this will be the first trip without my husband so I would really like indoor hallways if possible. the kids are 5, 12 and 15 so walking a couple of blocks is not a big deal.
I have been surfing the web and found some great deals but just not sure about the quality/safety of a $60 a night 2-3 star hotel. anyone have any luck with budget properties?
we will spend most of our time in the parks so we dont need much, just safe, clean and fairly close.
Hoping for the best... |

Has anyone stayed at the quality inn on manchester? the reviews look okay but cant tell if they have int corridors or not. also says it is walking distance but not sure where manchester is in relation to ped entrance.
thanks Smedly for the recommendation:) |

Otherwise, Hojos is about a block away. I think the tower portion of the hotel has indoor hallways. I bet you could request being in the tower. They are very easy to work with. Tell them you're from LP. They are LP sponsors. |

Had to stay there a couple of years ago right after Quality took it over. Never again! The corridors are outside, but I felt safe. It was just tiny, shabby, buggy, etc.
I love Priceline and have always had good luck, but with your size group it could be harder. Stick with Fairfield or something like that. If you call HoJo directly you may have more success--they are always great! |

Does anybody know about the new Hotels by the Garden Walk? Do you have AAA or AP's? If you call HoJo and tell them you are LPposters w/AP they will give 15% off their discount rate maybe? Good luck |

This is where I usually start when planning a trip to Disneyland.
