Topic: hotel advice please

I have bid and booked into the Extended Stay America right next to the new Gardenwalk for $25 and the Extended Stay less the 10 minute drive away in Anaheim Hills for $18. I usually book at the day before since my travel plans are simply driving an hour and a half to the park. If I cannot get my rate, I just don't stay the night. Funny thing, I usually do better with gaining a Saturday night stay then I do with a Friday night stay. At least so far, but that of course could change...lol

I did get the travelodge International inn for $40 a night, think it could have been cheaper for that hotel had I waited but since I have to drive from Oregon wanted to make sure plans are firm in advance. had to scrap my original idea of int corridors, but this property seems safe and after talking with them they seem really nice. they moved me from the king to two queens at my request and were very nice. hoping for the best :)
