1	joeysmommy Sun 6/21/2009 9:41p	Just wanted to say thanks for your list of places to stop on I-5 on the way to DL. Last year you sent it to me and we ended up flying..yes I chickened out. But this year we did drive and it wasn't as bad as I expected. Your list of places to stop was priceless! On the way down we stopped at Harris Ranch to eat, use the bathroom and fill up the tank. On the way home we used your guide and got off at Buttonwillow. You are right, can't go wrong with a Starbucks restroom. The minute we opened the minivan doors about 20 flies swarmed in. Didn't know Buttonwillow was the fly capital of California..yuck. We went over to the Arco station to fill up and thought we got all the flies out and were still shooing them out the window on the freeway. It made for great entertainment for the kids. It was funny- the next day there was still 1 fly left in the car. Just wanted to say thanks and much appreciated!
2	amazedncal2 Mon 6/22/2009 8:46a	You are most welcome :) I get a kick out of updating my list as places come and go,it keeps me awake as a passenger. Last time I down graded the Chevron in Buttonwillow as they charged $.20 extra for using a credit card! No way they are canceling out my Disney rewards points!! We have met those same flies in Westley! Thanks for the letting me know it helped you out :)
3	dzy76 Tue 6/23/2009 1:40p	I would be interested in this list! We're driving down I5 in September. Its been 26 years since I drove down. I am sure alot has changed since then.
4	Tink60 Tue 6/23/2009 6:31p	I would like a copy as well. We will be driving down from Corvallis Oregon in Nov/Dec. I made the drive about 4 years ago, but the more information I have the better I like it. Thanks :)
