What's the best deal you've gotten recently (what star level? what price bid?). Also, the deals I got previously were fairly far out from the trip. Is it better to wait if I'm going to bid the lowest possible? |

Best deal I ever had was the Residence Inn 2.5 stars 25 bucks a night, but that was 2002. |

You don't gain anything by waiting - throw out your low bid and see what happens! You can try again another day :)
How about sharing the great deals that you got, too? I haven't bid PL for DL area for years, so I'm curious too :) |

| ImTempest Mon 6/29/2009 11:08a | First time I tried it in May, I got 3.5 stars for $50. Then this month (June), I got 3 stars for $40. I've been putting in 2.5 stars for $30 for July, but so far no go. |

Anyway, I recommend checking biddingfortravel.com also. |

| MomluvsDisney Thu 7/2/2009 8:27a | I just bid and got a two night stay at the Extended Stay America Anaheim - Anaheim Hills again for $21 a night. I am staying July 3rd and July 4th. Although it is only a one star it is a decent enough place to crash. And it has a large fridge and microwave. (even a stove top, but I never use it) It always seems clean and safe. Plus who can beat that price? Makes it worth being able to stay for the fireworks and such in the park and not have to drive home so late (and dead tired). |
