Tue 9/29/2009 12:16p | The fact that the app appeals to such a tiny market--people at Disneyland, and nowhere else--is in fact what necessitates the higher price!
My view:
1) Short of buying a bottle of water--and only a bottle of water--it's the cheapest thing you can do at Disneyland.
2) If the game is fun, $5.99 is a steal. If it's not fun, it's a rip-off at any price.
Fortunately, those that have played it seem to really enjoy themselves, so it's going okay so far.
I hope you try it out next time you visit!

Wed 9/30/2009 10:52a | True, attractions are free. (But you do have to wait in line, which you don't have to do with Wishing Stars!) And coincidentally, Wishing Stars might make waiting in lines a little more fun since some of the quests are designed to be played in-queue.
I'm sensitive to the pricing issue, and if there's a way to make the app pay for itself and charge less for it, of course I'll do it.

Now, the only thing is that I have a Blackberry...so...
