Topic: Quickest way to get to TTC from POFQ?

1	juicer Mon 10/5/2009 3:41p	What is the quickest way to get to the TTC from the Port Orleans French Quarter in the late afternoon? Are there still direct busses to the TTC from the POFQ? Thank you :)

3	-em Mon 10/5/2009 5:12p	The quickest way would be to hop the monorail to the MK and take the bus to Port Orleans. Or take a bus from TTC to either Epcot or DTD and switch busses there to Port Orleans They do not run resort busses out of TTC just park/DTD
4	SingleParkPassholder Mon 10/5/2009 5:20p	ASAP or PDQ? I saw on QVC a great GPS device for the SUV. Or was it HSN? Anyway, IIRC the last time we were in WDW trying to go to DTD it was one big SNAFU.
5	Mickeymouseclub Mon 10/5/2009 5:57p	I will bet this has confused the OP. I am reading ->from PO to TTC...( the resort bus to the MK and then the monorail to the TTC)...so tell us what you are planning to do at the TTC? Maybe we can give more confusing help.
6	juicer Mon 10/5/2009 7:17p	Thanks for asking :) I am going to WDW with a friend who has not every stepped onto any Disney property - So...When we first get to WDW we are going to check into the Port Orleans French Quarter (around 6pm)we then go to to the Hoop Dee Doo for the 9:30 show. Since its her first entry into the depths of WDW I wanted it to be really special. I would like for us to go directly to the TTC then take her first ferry trip to the Magic Kingdom then take the launch to Fort Wilderness - Where we will get a couple drinks at Crockets Tavern - Walk to the beach and enjoy the scene then go to the Hoop Dee Doo!

9	FerretAfros Tue 10/6/2009 9:38a	Well if you want to get to TTC without going to MK first, I think I would go to Epcot and take the monorail. That way, you can have all the various modes of Disney transportation in one night! It might ruin your fun if you took a bus to MK, then monorail to TTC, and then a boat back to MK.
10	MPierce Tue 10/6/2009 12:02p	FerretAfros has it right. Bus from POFQ to Epcot. Monorail from Epcot to TTC. Ferry to Mk. Watercraft from MK to FW.
