Topic: Strange cab story.

1	RedChorizo62 Sat 10/10/2009 8:54p	Explain this one if you can.My freind took a short 7.00 cab ride after he paid the cab driver.The driver told him It would cost him an extra dollar. My freind asked why the answer was no reason you just owe me an extra dollar.My freind got scared and paid him. Does this sound fishy or what? i would like opinions on this strange event.
2	friendofdd Sat 10/10/2009 10:15p	I don't often ride cabs, but my understanding is you pay what the meter reads and a tip is customary. If a person is intimated like that, it is possible to make a complaint to the company. You would need the cab number and drivers name. Not sure why you posted this in playpen. It may get more response in the community section.
