While there is no current plans for a 4th Hotel on Disneyland Resort property, Al Lutz at MiceAge.com reported that Disney is seriously looking at adding a 4th tower at the Disneyland Hotel, which would be a combination of Hotel rooms and DVC units. (Going where the secondary pool area and the former Fantasy Waters area.)
As far as I know, no permits have been applied for the DLH expansion yet. |

Now if Disney decided to purchase Garden Walk and make it part of the DL Resort, then I would not be opposed to the Garden Walk hotel concept. However, I just don’t like the idea of Disney hotels sitting in non Disney owned properties.
As a side note, whether owned by Disney or not I really hope Garden Walk is a success in the future. Stuff like this needs to do well for Anahiem to be able to maintain its status as a tourist destination.

Not saying that this is Disney's plan, but it would certainly seem like a logical thing for them to do. |
