| GoofTrooper23 Wed 11/4/2009 8:08p | We've stayed at a few places and the 2 we like the most for the price are Tropicana Inn (right across the street) - if you book in advance, it's as low as 89/night. The other place to stay is Portofino Inn (no bkfst)but the kids suite is awesome - look for deals - we find the suites for $99/night - good luck! |

Where are you reading the misleading reviews? Do you read the ones on TripAdvisor?
Sometimes a hotel (or someone hired by them) will post positive reviews about themselves, posing as guests. Be wary of reviews that read too much like an advertisement.
biddingfortravel.com has information on using Priceline. |

| MickeyMommy Fri 11/6/2009 4:43p | Definitely check out HoJo's and see if the Entertainment Card rate is available. The water park is awesome, plus there is a seperate swimming pool. And the rooms are always comfy and clean. That is always my first choice if AP rates at the Disney hotels aren't available. |

| amazedncal2 Mon 11/9/2009 6:53a | I helped DD find a hotel yesterday. She chose Quality. They have stayed there 3 times now and find it pretty good. She said it is clean, there is a free breakfast and I think she said there is a refrig. micro. but not 100% sure about that. They have stayed there 3 times now and when she saw it was available for $54 plus tax on a weekend she jumped on it. They don't use the pool and like she said just use it to sleep, maybe for a rest in the afternoon and they might turn on the TV. Parking is free. This is a thumbs up motel from 2 in their early 20's with no kids and just want a place that is walkable.
Try using Kayak. There was one rate of $47 but she chose to go with the Quality website as they may have to cancel a night and she wanted the flexibility of calling the hotel directly.
Good Luck!! |
