Note that this is a prepaid, no refund deal (internet only) - and you might be able to match this using Hotels.com (or another online booking agency). We've already stayed there twice this year, and will be back in December. |

It's the one on Manchester. DD has also stayed at Fairfield and HoJo's. Quality is a step down from those two according to her but they are perfectly happy with Quality and find the walk about the same as the rooms they had at HoJo's and Fairfield. |

| sjdimon Mon 11/9/2009 5:17p | Sorry - I just meant that it was a little weird in that you would not expect a good deal there (or at least - I didn't until this year). |

| Minnie1955 Mon 11/9/2009 9:18p | We always do priceline and the deals I guess depend the time of year that you're going and on the day of the week that you're staying. We recently got a deal for $46/night at the crowne plaza for sat thru tue in december, which I think is pretty cheap. I checked biddingfortravel afterwards though and it looked like someone got crown for even less at $39. Crowne is not walking distance, but it is clean and they do provide a shuttle. We've stayed there twice before and were very happy with it. |

| ctp09 Tue 11/10/2009 9:28a | We've stayed in at least 7 moderate to high priced around the resort and like Howard Johnson the best. We're early-40s couple, no kids. It's walkable, free parking, clean and we got ours for $87/night {normally $119/night}. Call the hotel direct {714.776.6120}, ask for in-house reservations, then ask for the "Laughingplace.com discount". Have a super trip! :) |

| dlkozy Tue 11/10/2009 10:03a | and the most important question to ask (in regards to Howard Johnsons) is if they have the entertainment rate available for ANY of the nights that you will be staying there.
The E rate might only be available 1 night out of your vacation-but those savings really add up and 1 night is better than nothin'. |

| DisneySuiteFreak Sun 11/29/2009 2:18a | Hojos or Faifield Inn...FFI gets the edge for being cleaner overall than Hojos, but Hojos occasionally has the Entertainment rate which is way cheaper than full rack rate at FFI. |
