Wow, I've gotta say... after the impressions I've gotten from the thread here on LP, I'd decided to wait and see this on DVD, but Kirby's review makes me want to see it in the theatre. Great article, dude!

I read this review *after* posting to the other thread. I second everything Kirby says (except for the Christmas special thing, which I didn't dig as much as he did).

I agree with Kirby. It was a good finale to the Shrek franchise. It wasn't so much funny to me as it was sentimental, especially at the ending credits. Overall, Shrek was a good franchise with some really memorable characters.
