| iamsally Wed 1/4/2012 1:45p | Okay, I guess it is my turn. I have been up and down on these threads since 2005 I think. But I have not given up and I believe that without this support I would have had a huge gain instead of mostly maintaining. I am on my 2nd day of post Holiday abstinence and feeling pretty good. Old or new: please feel free to hop in and join us. |

I officially gained 10 lbs between wedding #1 in August and Christmas. I am almost back in the zone. The house is rid of all Holiday goodies except dark chocolates which will be eaten and appreciated slowly :) I am working on the WiiFit for 18 mins doing toning and walking hills for 45 mins each day. I've cut WAAAAAY back on my carbs, upped the veggies and am thoughtful about what I'm eating. Still to come is upping the water intake and journaling.
We CAN do this!! |

| WDWdreamin Thu 1/5/2012 10:49a | I'm in the same boat. I've had this stupid cold for about a week, and just walking around the apartment tires me. I need it to be over because I actually really want to exercise. I need to get into better shape a little before my upcoming WDW trip. I bought a pedometer so I'm excited to try that out there.
I'm down 15lbs since when I started Weight Watchers in September. Yay! It was being over 250lbs that really had me freaked out. I've got quite a bit more to go, but I'm very intent on just doing it slowly and becoming healthier permanently.
Good luck to everybody. Just keep thinking about how great it will feel. |

| WDWdreamin Thu 1/5/2012 1:25p | Otherwise known as chocolates, cookies, and chips? I think I ate over 100 Snickerdoodles over Christmas = not good. |

| mickeymeg Thu 1/5/2012 3:14p | I find snickerdoodles very disappointing. despite the name there is no chocolate, caramel or peanuts. =/
just thought I would throw that in |

| WDWdreamin Thu 1/5/2012 6:04p | Oh, I love them (obviously). Right up there with oreos and homemade chocolate chip. Butter, sugar, and cinnamon are good enough for me. |

| amazedncal2 Thu 1/5/2012 6:16p | One of my BIG downfalls over the holidays has been Starbucks goodies. I can't tell you how many goodies and pepperming mochas I have consumed :( I'm usually a black coffee and healthy granola bar type of gal but over the holidays those treats were calling my name and I was weak!!! |
