Chose Don't know as my view is that facial hair should be appropriate to the theme.

ORDDU: My sisters and I haven't quite decided where we stand on this issue. Do beards really have the same negative connotations that they once had? Perhaps it's time to update the dress codes to allow such things.

ORWEN: Well, I know I have no problem with men or women who have beards. As long as they're well groomed.

ORGOCH: Got shavin' kits 'n razors?

Amusing story. I came back from vacation with a nice beard once. When asked to shave before going onstage, I said not until someone shaves Lincoln. A few days later, a few of the guys circulated a "Would you shave Lincoln" petition (jokingly of course). I can't remember the exact terminology, but it was hilarious, floridly highlighting all the great men in history who sported beards, including Jesus.

Frontierland should probably mandate beards.

Honestly, who cares. I probably wouldnt even notice if a CM had a beard or not.

It's just like anything else with a CM's grooming and dress - as long as a beard is kept well trimmed, and as long as the guy is really capable of growing a good looking beard, why not. Course, someone has to decide if the 19 year old with the scraggly peach fuzz doesn't qualify.

ORWEN: I have a good friend named Betty Beardsly who's been trying to get hired as a cast member for years and they wouldn't hire her because of her facial hair. She never wanted to shave because she's got a razor blade phobia. She's going to be so excited when I tell her about how she finally has a chance to get a job with Disney!

I'm all for it. I like beards (had one myself for years till it started going gray before the rest of the hair. Vanity, thy name is Dabob.)
