1	dlandcrazy2 Sun 1/29/2012 9:39a	FYI: Just got back 1/28 and there is free Wi-fi. It is slow but better than nothing. Looks like this is test program from mailer that was dropped off.
2	danyoung Sun 1/29/2012 10:38a	Good to hear. Hotels all over the country have had wireless wi-fi for years - heck, it's a selling point. I guess Disney has a captive crowd, so they don't think they need this feature. And that extra $15 a day for usage doesn't hurt their bottom line. But It's a pain, and I'd love it if they caught up with the rest of the country!
3	FerretAfros Sun 1/29/2012 7:40p	Internet is one of those things like breakfast: the more expensive/fancy the hotel, the less likely they are to include them in the price. When I stay at a Comfort Inn or Holiday Inn, they're both included. When I stay at a Sheraton, Marriott, or Hilton, they never are. It's an industry-wide stance that just doesn't make sense to me. While POR is very adequate, I think it leans more toward the Holiday Inn end of the spectrum, so I guess it fits in with the industry trend, but it's strange that they're changing their policy (though I'm not complaining, since it makes a better guest experience)
4	Manfried Sun 1/29/2012 9:36p	I hate that WDW charge too. I always thought it was unfair since it was a captive audience.
5	-em Mon 1/30/2012 12:50a	From what I know all Deluxe/DVC/Mods should have free wifi in the rooms and common areas. I assume the Values will get it but it hasn't happened yet -em
