Topic: cupcake recipe???

1	gaston lives Sun 2/12/2012 1:50p	I'm looking for the recipe to make the cupcakes from Hungry Bear in Bear Country...specifically the lemon honey ones... I think it's a basic lemon cake with lemon mousse on the inside, but the topping has me befuddled. Anybody know the recipe?
