DL's version is essentially a mirror image of WDW's, but they are slightly different. There was more space in WDW, which allows their tracks to be slightly more spread out, where DL's are more tightly wound. At the core, they are essentially the same layout, but DL's version has a slightly more manic feel as a result. |

| Dr Hans Reinhardt Mon 12/17/2012 12:30p | The article says it won't open until Fall 2013, so technically that means after September 21. |

| retlawfan Mon 12/17/2012 12:57p | Well, I figured that with the removal of the town, or at least making it more 2D, they will gain some space there. I looked at that area last trip and noticed the buildings are much deeper than i remembered. 6-10 feet deep, in fact.
As far as the ending not being "thrilling" enough. I think it's just fine. It's a nice slow down through the old town before coming back into the station.

| Dr Hans Reinhardt Mon 12/17/2012 1:52p | Looking a satellite view of park Retlawfan you can see that there is quite a bit of distance between Thunder Ridge (the town) and the old Plaza Gardens space, not to mention the train storage shed and the restaurant that sits between the two.
