Topic: Man Saves Girl From Suicide

1	SingleParkPassholder Sat 12/29/2012 7:03a	I figured more people would see this here in Community than any other section. It deserves to be seen, it deserves to be on network broadcasts every night for a week. In a time where one human being is setting fire to another human being sleeping on a bench, where a person goes in to a classroom and slaughters children, where someone purposely ambushes firefighters, it is very comforting and simply great to know that there are still people who will go the extra mile to help a stranger in a time of need. This man saved a 16 year old girl from jumping onto the Hollywood Freeway, following his instinct that something was wrong. It's a fantastic story, and one that should get more play than one about a coward who shoots five year olds.
