379	JThad Wed 6/19/2002 8:41p	No...a character uses this as a landing area... I would say that it's backstage, because guests do not have access to it, but it can be seen from where I mentioned. I think that it can also be seen from Fantasyland. The "pad" is used to STOP the character.
