Yes, Kuzcochik. You are correct. It was of course one of BEN's murmurings, but it was nicely done.
Let me add that I agree with you. I also loved Treasure Planet from the very start. (I almost typed Treasure Plant - wasn't one of the kids reading that in A Bug's Life? Ha ha. OK, you're right; it was stupid.) With a couple of the animated features lately, I kind of liked it the first time, but it wasn't until a second viewing that I came to appreciate it much more. That happened with at least "Hunchback," "Emperor's New Groove" (sorry, k-chik) and "Lilo and Stitch." But I enjoyed all of TP. OK, given the chance, I would actually take out three seconds ("Go Delbert. Go Delbert."), but that's a minor quibble.
Part of why I liked it may have been that it was based on a proven classic, but I don't think there's anything wrong with that necessarily. Then again, some of the reviews I saw complained about it not holding up well against the original. Well, I haven't read the book or seen the story before in any form, so to me it was new - and well done.
