No, wait, I've got a better guess: Castaway Cowboy.

Both Last Flight of Noah's Ark AND Castaway Cowboy were filmed on Kauai. Toon-fan answered first, so go ahead. (Sorry for not responding sooner, but we had a baby yesterday!)

You sound so casual..."We repainted the fence, paid the Visa bill, and, oh, yes, we had a baby yesterday."

Congratulations! Is the baby getting a Disney name?

Congrats, Jthad, we had a new baby niece born on May 3rd. Busy month. Is it a boy or girl? What's their name?

As the studio worked on this movie, a staff member was so freaked out by one of the villains that they had to modify the character big time. In fact, they used the person's reaction as a barometer of when the villain was not too creepy. What movie is it? (Bonus points for identifying the character as well.)

"The Jungle Book" and the villain in question is Kaa. During the making, the poor lady had a fear of snakes. So the animators kept changing Kaa's appearance until the lady was no longer freaked by Kaa.

Congratulations to you and the parents of your neice! We had a little girl. Her name is Mylie. (Rhymes with Smiley)

It's hard for me to show emotions while typing, but on my side of the keyboard, I'm doing backflips and carwheels!

No Disney name. My wife has had this one picked out for awhile. Maybe next time...maybe Ratigan or Olivia. :)
