This was the last Disney animated film I thought was really good. I haven't really liked anything since as much as this film. Now, if it went to Broadway, my "Hunchback" life would be complete! <grin>
I highly recommend this DVD. |

Santa Monica, those are my feelings exactly! I'm trying to buy only the collector's editions of Disney DVDs. So far I have:
Fantasia Anthology
Ulitimate Toy Box
Snow White Platinum
Dinosaur Collector's Edition
The Ultimate Groove
I need to ger:
Tarzan CE
a Bug's Life CE
Does anyone have ANY clues if Hunchback will have a Collector's edition?

Mon 3/25/2002 6:13p | Kirby, thanks for your review. Seeing the widescreen edition (on DVD nonetheless) was like watching it all over for the first time. Gosh, what a beautiful and moving film. If Disney was to ever go back to reissuing films to theaters, this one would be another BAMBI or SLEEPING BEAUTY that would finally receive the respect it truly deserves. |
