Some choose to do so, some didn't, some "hurried", some didn't. But the general rule was there. The fact that people used it differently does not negate that fact. I've seen several examples where answers and new questions were posted even before a 24 hour period. So, a mixed bag in practise, but a general consensus in theory.
In fact, you were the first person to ever say something about my timing.
To me, the fun is just as much asking as answering. And waiting day after day takes that away from me.
I did not belittle your arguments. Critcize, yes, but only constructively.
I have never assumed I am "right", just that I considered it stronger than yours.
But that's neither here and there. It's the past. So let's just move on.
