Good remake of the late 70's flick. Nine year old niece liked it as well. |

Oh man this movie was graphic! I am not too happy that I had to watch it last night though with what happened at DL (a little too close to home, if ya know what I mean). Great plot though.
Here is what the back of the DVD says:
"It's a matter of life and death when eight strangers narrowly escape a catastrophic freeway accident. Only a young girl's premonition saved them all from a grisly end. But now that they have put a rift in death's design, there is a price to pay - and it's going to be painful."
I have never seen the first one (this is a sequel) but I was never lost watching this movie.

| cheezman20 Sun 9/7/2003 9:25p | I love John Cusack!!! but the previews of Identity didn't look that great... but Clinks and Quincytoo have me sold.. i'll have to rent it.
American Wedding well... i didn't have to pay for it... ahem... aside from the director's odd style (it was on some kind of meth or a lot of coffee... but did manage to capture some of that hallucinatory rollercoaster wedding feeling) I actually really liked it... if you liked any of the others then it's worth checking out (for free or matinee price). I really liked Stifler in this movie and was surprised at how "complex" they made him... there are quotes around "complex" because it's Stifler, but you really see him run the gamut of emotion and sometimes there are these little looks or things he does that are perfect. |

Very nicely done DVD.. I was half expecting it to be a crappy transfer, but they did a pretty good job.. Widescreen, good transfer, nicely re-done 5.1 mix.. I'm happy.. I also got the Breakfast Club and Weird Science, but haven't watched 'em yet.. |
