for some inexplicable reason, I fell asleep during this fine film. I kept waking up when my kids were LOLing so loudly, particularly at experiment 625. There were a few cute moments I guess. |

Bill Murray plays an American film star who travels to Tokyo to appear in a whiskey ad for $2 million.
You'd think this would make a person happy. But, no. Murray pouts through the whole thing. And yet, he's immensely likeable and watchable.
I also liked the scenes of Tokyo----a city I haven't yet visited. I've never seen Tokyo look quite like this in a movie before.

I guess not all scary movies are scary! I laughed more than I was scared in this movie and some of the scenes made absolutely no sense at all! I kept anticipating the scary parts but got let down. LOL! It was a ok movie, I would wait till it comes out on video if you really want to see it. :O) |
