Actually, he got it twice.
I waited that long for Star Tours back in the year it opened. I remember our family had a vacation just to see this one ride. Well, the line went stretched out of the building and across Main Street and over to the entrance of Adventure Land. It took forever.
I also remember waiting forever to ride on Splash Mountain when it was new. It took longer in line than it did to ride the plane back to Vegas, and then to Colorado Springs.
