Women in Love.

Not a light read, I must say.

>>Jenni, Roald Dahl was a great writer I just recently read Charlie and the Chocalate Factory and I found it to be very clever and dark. I think Tim Burton will be the perfect director for the remake.<<

I, too, think Burton will do a great job with his film version. I have read that the estate wasn't 100% pleased with the first film version, precisely because it wasn't so dark and forth.

I've read the first 24 pages of The Hitchhikers Guide to Galaxy. So far so good.

About halfway through HGG. I absolutely love it. Either going to start something by Steinbeck, either Of Mice and Men or The Grapes of Wrath.

I am reading Eats, Shoots & Leaves: The Zero Tolerance Approach to Punctuation by Lynne Truss. I am really enjoying it, too.

You should check out this Eats, Shoots & Leaves quiz.

I'm reading The Stand. About 450 pages or so into it. It's very good I really like it. I'm continuing to look over Of Mice and Men for the book club. And I'm probably going to start Dragons of Autumn Twilight from the Dragonlance Series. It was always a favorite of mine as a kid.

I'm reading "Me Talk Pretty One Day" by David Sedaris.

Very entertaining and the writing is stellar. Highly recommend it.

I am waiting for my copy of "Of Mice and Men", it's not here yet. I just bought my son the first of The Edge Chronicles for his birthday tomorrow, I'll have to read it when he is finished. Right now I am reading "Memoirs of a Papillon", it is very cute. It's written from Genevieve the Papillon's perspective, very cute.
