Now into "The Odyssey".

| jasmine7 Sun 6/5/2005 1:58p | Last night, I started reading The Princes in the Tower by Alison Weir, a non-fiction history of Richard III's two young nephews who were locked in the Tower of London and murdered. It tries to solve the mystery of whether Richard had a hand in their deaths as he took over the throne. Trying to get a little head-start on my British history class this fall. :-) |

She'd say "I haven't read that one yet so I don't know how good it is."
I'm reading "Gods and Generals". This was recommended over a year ago by my riding instructor, who has exactly the same taste in books I have. Then my husband read it and told me I'd love it. Well now I'm finally reading it and I am really enjoying it a lot. I should listen to people who know me!
I'll read the next 2 in this series after I finish.
Loved "Wicked" - which of this author's books should I read next?
Enjoyed the twists in "Life of Pi", and dh also read it so we had fun talking about it (we have the smallest bookclub in the world here).
I have "The Princes in the Tower" on my bookshelf but haven't read it yet. |

| Labuda Sun 6/5/2005 8:40p | Just beware, 2/3, that not all of Mr. Maguire's books are as great as Wicked. Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister is pretty good, though. |
