Black House or the Talisman. Those are the only two book I know that King and Straub wrote together.
Miss Candice I've given up on Eldest for now. But I can't you tell how disappointed I was in the book. Especially after how good Eragon was. Oh well it's back to American Gods. |

Sat 8/27/2005 10:02p | Just finished the books "She's Come Undone," "The Book of Ruth," and "What We Keep." All coming of age stories from a girl's point of view, all depressing, but all simultaneously uplifting and beautifully written. I highly recommend all three. |

Mon 8/29/2005 7:28p | Talisman and Black House are great books. What is weird to me is that I read Talisman back in the early 90s and I didn't like it. So when Black House came out I was leery but read it anyway and loved it. Then I went back and read Talisman and loved it too. Great, great books.
I just started "Live From Death Valley" from LP's JohnS1. I am on the 1st page so I will reserve judgement until at least page 2. |
