Funny read. |

| sarahwithbaloo Wed 10/18/2006 11:47a | Now that I have finished the North and South Trilogy I amyet again trying to read The Lord of the Rings this is the third try and I am hopeful that I will stick with it this time round. |

| Autopia Deb Wed 10/18/2006 2:38p | Sarah, I sugest skipping the poetry, songs and prose first (maybe even second) time through the trilogy. They don't add that much to the story and can be a bit of a chore. I found the books to be a little bit of work the first couple of times, but now I really enjoy them when I pick them up.
You may also want to start with The Hobbit. It's a MUCH easier read and it gets you an intro into the world of Middle Earth and a litte Baggins background. |
