Blue Fairy is the one in the Electrical Parade.
The Columbia doesn't rest upon its guide rails--it sits on the water like any other boat. |

The Columbia FLOATS in the Rivers of America.
BUT Soarin' over California is located in Condor FLATS! It is missing an "O".
