Eh, usually around 7 hours. I try to go to bed 'tween 6 'n 7 a.m., 'n get up around 2ish. Sometimes I'm up *too* late though, lol.

I know the feeling about staying up too late. I normally get up for work about 630 am, but I'm up sometimes till 1 am. And a lot of times, I see you posting at 330 or 4 am Lou-vull (that's how you pronounce it, right?) time.
