Much better. It's like me not expecting "much more" from the Raging Spirits coaster at TDS.

Just back from WDW-- and the size of the mountain itself and the amount of theming they are going to do in the huge space around it will be worth the wait -- much of the inside track is up-- it looks Huge !

How high would you guys say that tallest beam is at the moment?

It looks to be about 120 feet or so, but it's hard to tell in the pictures. It still appears to have another good 60 feet, or 79 if my guess is close.

For reference, Disneyland's Matterhorn is 147 feet high and Everest doesn't look like its quite that big yet. Everest's base certainly seems to have an additional 35-45 feet for its diameter. This is going to be a lot of fun watching Disney build a mountain again.

The recent additions to the Disney Range have all turned out looking great: Grizzley Peak, Vulcania, and Disneyland Paris' Big Thunder Mountain. Here's hoping Everest tops them all.

It is so far away from where you can get to -- it appeared to be 140 ft or so to me. last week...........that was my best guess-- and you're right - the base is very very wide............
