| SJHYM Thu 8/4/2005 2:30p | Though I like DCA, I think its a failure because its hard to believe that the same company that built DL, MK and EPCOT built this park and thought it was a good thing. Disney could have done far better even within its current theme. |

NO! The public is at fault! They just don't get the DCA. ;-) |

So how can something that is making money be considered a failure?

For me what makes DCA a failure on some levels is that,in my opinion, it isnt up to Disney standards and is no where near what Disney was capable of doing in that space. |

I think crapshoot or someone else here claimed awhile back that there are some people in the DisCo who still think the way you describe.
I'm sure the variety of opinions, both pro and con, on this board can be found among DisCo executives and Imagineers, etc, and so nothing should be discounted. In other words, there's a possiblity that if some people in the DisCo. had a second chance to create a new park next to Disneyland, they'd do the exact same thing all over again.
